Pricing questions

What counts towards the free plan's 3 reports?

Saved reports and projects share the same limit of three. A photo or PDF report counts as one report, for any number of files. The Free plan also gives you up to 10 comments per report.

What do Pro and Team cost?

Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year. Team is $29 a month or $290 a year. On both, the yearly price is ten months, so a year gives you two months free.

What is the difference between Pro and Team?

Both give unlimited reports and unlimited comments per report. Pro seats up to 2 team members; Team seats up to 5 and adds Integrations and the Kanban board.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep every report. They live in your own Google Drive, not ours.

Do the people I share with pay anything?

No. Viewing, replying and resolving are free for everyone you share with.

Does it work with Google or Microsoft SSO logins?

Use the browser extension for those. It runs in your own signed-in session. It can review any site that you can open, including SSO logins, staging and localhost. A shared report link works for public sites and for normal email and password logins. It cannot do an SSO sign-in for the viewer. Use the extension for SSO sites.
