These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EasyQA ("the Extension"), a free Chrome browser extension developed and maintained by EasyQA ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

When you generate a share link, the report content (screenshot, comments, page URL) is uploaded to our servers or your Google Drive. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and share. Do not share reports containing sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information unless you have the appropriate permissions to do so.
Anonymous reports (without Google sign-in) are automatically deleted from our servers after 3 days.
If you choose to sign in with Google, EasyQA will create a folder in your Google Drive called "EasyQA Reports" and save your report files there. You retain full ownership of those files. We only access files that EasyQA itself creates. You can revoke EasyQA's access at any time from your Google account settings.
The EasyQA Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of EasyQA. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Extension without our written permission. Content you capture using the Extension remains your own or the property of the respective website owners.
EasyQA is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser versions. Your use of the Extension is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyQA and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or unauthorized access to your data.
EasyQA integrates with third-party services including Google Drive (Google LLC) and Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.) for storage and delivery. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension or any of its features at any time without notice. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EasyQA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
